At Anchor Point Transactions, we take pride in delivering accurate, timely, and professional transaction coordination services. Once services have commenced or deliverables have been provided, payments are non-refundable.

Refund Policy - the basics

By engaging our services, clients acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • 💼 Service-Based Commitment: As a service provider, our time and expertise are invested immediately upon accepting a transaction. Fees reflect the labor, communication, and administrative support involved in each transaction.

  • 🔁 No Refunds After Service Begins: Once we begin coordinating a transaction—whether reviewing documents, managing deadlines, or communicating with parties—refunds will not be issued.

  • 🔐 Cancellation Terms: If a client wishes to cancel coordination before service begins, they must notify Anchor Point Transactions in writing. Depending on the timing and scope, partial refunds may be considered at our discretion.

  • 📣 Client Satisfaction: We’re committed to excellence and transparent communication. If there are any concerns during your transaction, we encourage you to contact us immediately to resolve issues proactively.

This policy helps ensure fairness to all clients and allows us to allocate resources efficiently while upholding our high standards.
